Our breeding establishment operates through selection and comprises cattle of the Chianina and Highland breeds, sheep of the Apennine and Zwartbles breeds, Cinta Senese pigs, free-range chickens and guinea-fowl. Laying hens are also bred.
Our animals are fed on our own organically-grown cereals, which ensures a healthy diet.
